Hello my sweet lug nuts, what's the haps? Sooooo summer scientifically begins next week...what do you all think of Comic-Con? Any of you out there going? Anybody know if any cool Archie guys will be there? I have gone to Comic-Con only about three times despite the fact that I live literally a boat ride away...my routine has generally consisted of looking at a total of maybe four exhibits before getting bored and buying a cookie that costs about as much as your average Arabian mare. Obviously this isn't a "bang for your buck" situation, but that's okay because I have never actually paid to get into Comic-Con...

There have been a number of aftershocks since the Baja California Easter earthquake and I am currently amused by the thought of hundreds of stormtroopers and super saiyans trying to fit under desks and in doorframes while the earth suffers indigestion

Hi guys this is just to say that I might not be posting in the next few days or so. There was an earthquake in Baja California that we felt here in San Diego and now my computer's being all finicky and weird. I'm in Bizarro Safe Mode World right now, but sometimes my monitor tells me there's "No Signal" despite it being firmly plugged in. My computer is a few years old so maybe it's just getting to that point, I don't know.

A couple people died in Mexicali but I don't think much really happened here, besides a couple things falling off shelves. However the pool sloshed over and for a while there was a little creek running between the house and guest house and the cat got kind of spooked.

So my posts might be erratic (if they happen at all) because I think my dad's going to have a look at my computer and I'm not sure what's going to happen with it. It's kind of that feeling where you drink too much orange juice and then you burp and are surprised by a pukey taste in the back of your throat and the juice all sloshes around your digestive organs you know what never mind. That might be just because I drank about sixty cups of orange juice today.

So at some point (I want to say 1944) a new story called Suzie appeared in Pep. Suzie made Archie look like a member of Mensa. She was an awful ditz constantly being fired from one job or another.

Suzie appeals to our interests because she functioned to fill out the short slim fabric-rationed skirts of wartime. By the way...I'm pretty sure the inside of a woman's thigh is a violation of the Hays Code. just throwin' that out there
